Can I book a service for other people?

Yes, just indicate the name of the passenger for us to put on the greeting sign.

What happens if my flight is cancelled or delayed?

If your flight is cancelled or delayed, just let us know and we'll reply back to you with either reservation modification confirmation or details about the refund procedure.

How far in advance should I book?

To let us provide you with the highest level of service, we kindly ask you to make your booking not later that 24h in advance.

Can children use the service for free?

Fast Track service is charged per passport, so each passenger, including kids will be charged. There are no discounts available for children.
